The core challenge lay in executing a **single-OBC (On Board Courier)** solution that prioritized both maximum speed and absolute safety for the 11-box shipment. Simultaneously, we had to coordinate seamless storage of the cargo in a bonded warehouse prior to final delivery, requiring extreme precision in scheduling and cross-border coordination.
BOTT Solution:
1. Customized Route & Logistics Planning :Leveraging our operational expertise, we designed an optimal route centered around **direct flights** to eliminate transit delays and cost overruns. We integrated bonded warehouse storage into the solution to fully comply with the customer’s specialized processing requirements, ensuring a seamless handover from warehouse to aircraft2. 24/7 Rapid Response & Clearance:We guaranteed instant pickup from any location in China via our dedicated fleet. Our professional team at HKG operated on a **round-the-clock basis** to clear the cargo. By approximately 22:30, we had completed all packaging and customs formalities, ensuring the cargo was delivered to the OBC with zero delay. 3. 24hr HKG OBC On-Call Support：Our professional OBCs were on standby 24 hours at HKIA to oversee the entire boarding process. They provided real-time, minute-by-minute status updates throughout the journey. Additionally, we offered transparent financial handling, with all excess weight charges reimbursed against official receipts.
Project Result:
Thanks to our systematic planning and professional execution, the entire operation was a success. We safely and efficiently delivered all 11 boxes of urgent cargo from Shanghai to KIX, fully meeting the customer’s tight deadlines and specialized logistics needs.
